World’s Fastest Drummer (WFD for short) is a website showcasing, well, the world’s fastest drummers. The contest is held through out the world and has been covered my major television networks. The contest has also been featured in print media like Wired, Modern Drummer etc.

WFD is the brain child of Alan ‘Boo’ McAfee who is also the inventor of Drum-o-meter.

According to WFD, Matt Smith is the youngest drummer with 1119 beats per minute record. Matt has been featured on CNN and can be seen on WFD website.
