Its an invaluable tool for musicians during the music creation process.</p>
<p>The good folks at <a href="http://www.emusicinstitute.com">eMusicInstitute</a> have created an online version of metronome, <a href="http://www.metronomeonline.com/">Metronome Online</a>,  which provides a dead simple and useful interface. Just select the BPM and press ON and it&#8217;s done. It provides a range from 40-208 BPM. The website also has few articles on how to use the metronome and practice music using it.</p>
<p>Another website, <a href="http://webmetronome.com">Web Metronome</a>, provides the same functionality.</p>

The contest is held through out the world and has been covered my major television networks. The contest has also been featured in print media like Wired, Modern Drummer etc.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">WFD is the brain child of Alan ‘Boo’ McAfee who is also the inventor of Drum-o-meter.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">According to WFD, Matt Smith is the youngest drummer with 1119 beats per minute record. Matt has been featured on CNN and can be seen on WFD website.</p>
